The American University of Greece (AUG) is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees, which holds overall stewardship responsibility by delegating primary operating authority to the university President. Distinguished for their professional and philanthropic accomplishments, the Board is committed to furthering AUG's educational mission of offering transformative education and cultivating a fertile intellectual and cultural collaboration between Greece and the United States.

Horner, PhD, has navigated financial crises and pandemics to elevate ACG as Greece's premier educational institution, significantly expanding programs, enrollment, and community outreach, while achieving substantial financial and infrastructural growth.
